A 4-Week Guided Experience for Engaged Couples

A supportive, embodied space for couples who want to enjoy this season with less stress, more connection, and greater confidence… even when family pressure and planning overwhelm show up.

Who It’s For

Enjoying the Engagement is for couples who are starting to lose themselves in the wedding planning process.

It’s for couples who want to come back to what actually matters — their relationship, their values, and their ability to enjoy this season — while learning practical, embodied ways to handle family stress, decision overwhelm, and the emotional pressure that naturally comes with planning a production like this.

What Changes in 4 Weeks

Over the four weeks, couples begin to feel more resilient, grounded, and confident in how they move through the engagement process.

You’ll build practical, embodied tools that support you not just during wedding planning, but throughout your lives together — helping you respond to stress rather than react to it.

Many couples notice a deeper level of understanding and respect between them, alongside a growing trust that their wedding will be exactly what it needs to be for them.

While stress and last-minute changes won’t disappear, they tend to feel far less triggering — making it easier to handle family dynamics and unexpected challenges without losing yourselves or each other.

How It Works

Here’s how the 4-week experience works:

• Weekly 90-minute group calls, combining coaching, practical wedding guidance, and embodied practices to support what’s actually coming up for you week to week.

• Two private 1:1 sessions across the four weeks, offering space to work through anything personal, sensitive, or specific to your situation.

• A private Telegram space for gentle support and connection between sessions, including access to guided practices and reflections you can return to in your own time.

• A small, held group container, so you’re supported without being overwhelmed or lost in a crowd.

The experience is designed to feel supportive, grounded, and spacious, not like another thing to “keep up with.”

What Makes This Different

This experience is different because it meets you exactly where you are, without trying to fix or rush you.

I bring over 15 years of experience in wedding planning and large-scale production, alongside my work as a breathwork facilitator supporting people in high-stress, high-pressure environments. I understand what happens to the nervous system when expectations, emotions, and logistics collide, and how to work with that, rather than against it.

This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t traditional wedding planning support. It’s a collaborative, embodied space where practical guidance meets nervous-system regulation, so you can move through this season with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.

The work is light-hearted, human, and relational. There are no 'right' or 'wrong' ways to do this, everything is welcome. The intention is simple: to help you enjoy this experience more fully, together.
