1. Agreement to Terms

By using tohaveandtohelp.com and booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Services & Eligibility

To Have + To Help provides wedding planning consultancy and bridal wellness services (breathwork, coaching, and planning support). You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information when booking.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

Payment: All prices are in Euros (€) and subject to change. Payment is required before services begin.

Cancellations:

  • The Intensive (4-week program): Cancel 21+ days before start for full refund minus €100 admin fee. No refunds within 21 days of start or after program begins.

  • Single Sessions (Planning/Breathwork): Cancel 48+ hours before for full refund. Within 48 hours = no refund but one free reschedule (if available).

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

4. What We Provide (and What We Don't)

We provide: Wedding planning strategy, breathwork instruction, emotional support tools, vendor guidance, and decision-making support.

We are not: Therapists, medical professionals, lawyers, or financial advisors. We don't provide mental health treatment, legal advice about contracts, or guarantees about your wedding day outcomes. We're not responsible for vendor performance or third-party services.

Health disclaimer: Breathwork can bring up strong responses. Consult your doctor before starting if you have respiratory, cardiovascular, or mental health conditions. Stop if you experience adverse effects.

5. Client Conduct

Please show up on time, participate in good faith, and treat everyone respectfully. We won't tolerate harassment or abusive behavior and reserve the right to terminate services without refund if needed.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials and methods we provide are for your personal use only. Don't reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect safety.

8. Technology & Communications

You're responsible for your internet connection. Tech issues on your end don't warrant refunds. We communicate via email, Telegram, and video platforms—response time is typically within 48 hours for non-emergencies.

9. Liability Limitations

Our services are provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, wedding day outcomes, vendor issues, or your decisions. Our total liability can't exceed what you paid for services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll notify you of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in French courts.
