This live, guided online experience is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what actually matters during this season.


Enjoying the Engagement is a 75–90 minute experiential session for engaged couples who want to feel calmer, more connected, and more confident as they navigate the planning process.

About Your Facilitator

Lucie is a former wedding planner with over 15 years of experience in weddings and large-scale event production, alongside work as a breathwork facilitator supporting people in high- stress environments.


The approach blends practical wedding-world insight with nervous-system aware, embodied support. She meets couples exactly where they are, without pressure to fix or perform.


The space is light-hearted, human, and collaborative. Everything is welcome.
